How Do I Cancel My Subscription

Your ThryvHive subscription can be cancelled at any time. Once cancelled, it will remain active for the remainder of your current subscription period and you will not be charged again. Once you’ve decided to cancel, at the end of the subscription period your site will be fully deleted. For this reason it is critical that you understand that you need to export anything you’d like to keep prior to your site being deleted.

You can cancel your ThryvHive Subscription from your ThryvHive Account. Once on your account, click on My Subscriptions, then scroll to locate your subscription details and then click Cancel.

After you’ve clicked to cancel, you will not be charged again for your subscription but you’ll have access to your site until the end of your current subscription period.
